Patent procedures

„Inventions are a new solution, having an inventive step and suitable for industrial application. The novelty of the invention should be recognized at the global level, especially due to the possibility of extending protection to the international procedure. The second prerequisite that must be met by the invention is the „inventive step”, that is, overcoming by a given solution problems, e.g. technical problems that have not been solved so far, facilitating the existing methods of conduct, etc. revealing. The unwritten premise, however, resulting from the above provisions is that the invention must be in a technical form. It also means that all kinds of ideas, ideas, concepts are excluded from protection.

The procedure for granting protection for inventions is a research procedure. It consists in scrupulous analysis by the Patent Office of all the conditions that the invention must meet and clarifying any doubts arising during this examination. After granting a patent for an invention, the Beneficiary acquires the exclusive right to dispose of a given solution for commercial and professional purposes throughout the country. The procedure for granting patents can be long and complicated, but it gives the Applicant a number of possibilities. First of all, protection is granted from the date of filing, i.e. from the moment the documentation is received by the Patent Office. The applicant is granted „temporary” protection.

Thanks to this, it is able to fight unfair competition more effectively, with those who try to use its solution illegally. In addition, the Applicant may grant licenses and any agreements provided by law under which it may obtain additional income from its dissolution. Another thing that gives the application of an invention to the Patent Office is the possibility of shaping and improving the quality of solutions / devices / technologies, etc. Then, it is important to mention the important thing, which is competitiveness on the market - if the company has an invention submitted and patented, it can be said that it is just a step away. ahead of the competition - the buyer is aware that the company's products are new, innovative, based on new technologies. In addition, in a number of different market activities, having a notified or patented invention allows for obtaining various subsidies and signing favorable contracts.”
